You will need:
250g of your fav filled fresh pasta
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 clove of garlic, chopped
3 sage leafs
10 asparagus tips chopped at about 2cm lengths
10 cherry tops, sliced
10 mushrooms sliced either button or chestnut or any you like
2 desert spoons grated parmesan cheese
Serve with mixed leaf salad and balsamic vinegar
What you do:
Prep all the veg as described as above
Put the oil in a non-stick frying pan and heat
Chuck all the veg in the pan and the garlic and sage and heat until the veg chars. (few mins)
Boil a pan of boiling water and carefully put the pasta in for 3-4 mins
Drain the pasta and place on a plate.
Throw the veg over the top and sprinkle with parmesan.
Serve with salad and balsamic vinegar and drizzle with olive oil
Eat and enjoy.
